How to Install the 50cm Basin and Semi Pedestal

This guide aims to help plumbers achieve a secure and elegant setup. The installation process is designed to be as simple as possible, so you can provide your clients with a premium product with minimal hassle.

The tools you need:

• Measuring tape.
• Pencil.
• Drill.
• Silicon/adhesive material.
• Screwdriver.
• Wrench.
• Spirit level.

The tools you need for installation:

• Basin fixing kits (plastic fischer plug, screws, and bolts).
• Rubber washer.
• Basin drain cover components.

How to install the basin drain cover

1. Apply silicon lining at the top waste.
2. From the top view, place the rubber washer at the top waste, where the silicon is applied and insert it into the top water hole.
3. From the bottom view, insert the rubber washer and bottom basin waste into the bottom water hole.
4. Apply silicon lining to the bottom water hole for sealing.
5. Insert basin cover into the top water hole when needed.

How to install the basin

1. Measure the distance between the basin’s two fixing holes (from centre to centre) “X”.
2. Use a spirit level to mark the X dimension on the wall. Ensure the water line is centred so the basin can be installed perfectly parallel to the floor.
3. Fix the screws to your marked dimension “x”, then lift the basin and attach it to the screws through fixing holes (ensure the spirit level is on top of the basin).
4. Secure the screws to the bolts from the inside.
5. Use the wrench to tighten the bolt onto the screw on each side.
6. Apply a silicon lining along the edge of the basin facing the wall.

How to install the Full Pedestal

1. Position the pedestal under the basin’s centre, pushing it towards the wall and adjusting as needed.
2. Place a spirit level on top of the basin and mark fixing holes on the floor with a pencil.
3. Drill 8mm holes at the marked points using a drill.
4. I nsert the plastic fisher plug into the drilled holes.
5. Insert the screws into the fischer plug and tighten with a screwdriver.
6. Apply silicon lining along the pedestal’s edge facing the floor.

How to install the Semi Pedestal

1. Position the pedestal under the basin’s centre, pushing it towards the wall. Adjust it as needed. Mark the fixing holes on the wall with a pencil.
2. Mark the positions for attaching the brackets on the wall with a pencil.
3. Drill 10mm holes at the marked fixing points.
4. Use a wrench to secure the fischer plugs, screws, and bolts into drilled holes.
5. Attach the pedestal into the secured brackets.
6. Use a screwdriver to fasten the pedestal with screws and apply silicon lining along the pedestal’s edge facing the wall.
